2) Search in the top toolbar for “My Info” Application
3) Click Go to Application
4) Insert your html code for your opt in form
5) Paste your html code in the box
6) Choose between Narrow or Wide and click update
7) Your opt in box should now be on your profile!
Sometimes the box will go to your Boxes Tab on your profile if this happens drag the tab over to your profile page under your friends.
